"PTA Reflections is a nationally acclaimed student recognition program to encourage artistic creativity in the classroom and at home." Each year, a contest is held to choose a Reflections theme. Then, students "reflect on the common theme and create original works of art in the categories of dance choreography, film production, literature, music composition, photography and visual art." Works are evaluated by judges and students have the opportunity to win awards and prizes at the school, county, state, and National PTA level. See Reflections - For Students on the pta.org website for more details.
